Description
Sea Pinks or Thrift are frequently encountered throughout my solo travels over the Scottish coasts. They are hardy and crop up everywhere. Yet they appear delicate and fragile turning to a paper like flower once they lose their glorious pink and begin to decline. This Lino print was hand carved then hand printed using Caligo traditional relief inks on Fabriano Unica cream coloured printmaking paper. It measures approximately 14.8 x21cm.
