Description
Goldfinches make a distinctive noise and with those vivid colours they are unmistakable. This lino print celebrates the fine beak of the goldfinch and how it is perfectly adapted to seeking out teasel seeds. I hand painted the vivid colours with watercolour. This print is just over A3 in size and is printed on Fabriano Unica printmaking paper. I use Caligo traditional linseed oil based ink and sennelier watercolours.
