Description
‘Wrens in wild roses’. Dog rose is a beautiful type of wild rose that I always associate with summer. Amongst these branches sit two little wrens. They may be small but they have a big voice! This original lino print is a limited varied colour edition of 8. I hand drew the wrens and dog rose then used collage to create a composition I liked. I then hand-carved my design from Lino. This print was then hand-burnished in Yellow Ochre ink onto Japanese Hosho paper measuring approx 28.5 x 39.7 cm. There are just 3 in the Yellow Ochre edition. This print will be packaged in a tube due to size. (Frame not included).
