Description
‘Isle of Eigg rabbits and burrows at the beach’ is a limited edition of 6 lino prints inspired by my recent solo trip to the Isle of Eigg. Just around the corner from my camping pod was a beautiful little bay and sandy beach with lots of burrows and bunnies everywhere. If you sit still and long enough they come out in their droves bounding all over the grassy verges right next to the beach. They were quite content amongst the oyster catchers and sheep, watching the ferry come and go. I called this rabbit ridge during my time there. This edition is printed on Fabriano 50% cotton printmaking paper using black Caligo traditional printmaking ink. I printed each one on our studio Gunning etching press.
