Description
‘Staffa Puffin’ is based on a photograph I took of the many puffins who choose Staffa island (just off of the Isle of Mull) as their summer nesting home. This little one had just landed and was stretching its wings proudly. I printed this piece on Hosho paper using Caligo black ink. It is just under a4 size. I hand-painted the colourful beak and foot with lightfast Japanese Kuretake watercolours. This is a limited edition of 10. (Frame not included).
